Hello Jennifer. I am sorry you are feeling frustrated with the email problems with Windows Mail. However even without Window-Eyes running, the problem of the window not being maximized still exists. As I indicated to you on the phone, you need to maximize the window when you write a new message to insure best compatibility. In addition, when we spoke, you had some message boxes and dialog boxes which needed to be dismissed. So all of this contributed to your inability to read everything in the composition window. I had made the suggestion that you download and install the window manager script from www.gwmicro.com/sc and have not heard back from you if you have tried this.

Many thanks.

Okay can anyone tell me the steps of how to do a screen shot in windows
mail and then attach to to an e-mail? Gw Micro has helped me make some
changes but I am still having some problems. Such as when I get to the
subject and then I tab down I write my message. Sometimes it will only
read 1 sentence that I wrote. I do not understand why it is doing that.
I have been having this problem ever sense I got my computer about a
month ago. I am beginning to think that maybe I should get a different
e-mail program. I am getting tired of putting up with this. I am also
getting tired of being told that it is not just window eyes because I do
not buy that!
