Hi Jennifer
I had the problem with W-E only reading certain lines with xp machine using outlook express. When I updated my graphics driver and changed my resolution and theme, it went away and all works properly. So maybe there is some adjustment in those areas you can do. I use vista on my notebook, but haven't installed an e-mail program so can't tell you about how things work with vista, but I think our issues are similar regarding e-mail not being read completely, and I was able to resolve it. Hope that helps.

Brenda

Subject: doing a screen shot

Okay can anyone tell me the steps of how to do a screen shot in windows mail and then attach to to an e-mail? Gw Micro has helped me make some changes but I am still having some problems. Such as when I get to the subject and then I tab down I write my message. Sometimes it will only read 1 sentence that I wrote. I do not understand why it is doing that. I have been having this problem ever sense I got my computer about a month ago. I am beginning to think that maybe I should get a different e-mail program. I am getting tired of putting up with this. I am also getting tired of being told that it is not just window eyes because I do not buy that!
