Dear List, Can anyone help with this problem regarding an adobe acrobat and possible w.e problem?
I downloaded a free post returns form from the http://www.nokia.co.uk web site. Each time I downloaded it there was an error message saying "Empty document". A friend who has some vision told me that there was in fact print on the screen but w.e was not reading it at all. If you follow these links you can check it out for me please. http://www.nokia.co.uk then tab down to get support and software then press enter. Then tab down to repair and press enter. Then tab down to NOKIA_UK_23/EUROPE_NOKIA_COM_3/Get_Support/Repair/freepost_forms/Freepost-return-form-V13.puff Press enter on that and then it should download and open with acrobat reader. My friend said the print is small but is there. Is there someway of w.e reading this? Or can anyone explain why it is not being read?
