I'm running WE 7.11 with XP Home. Every few minutes We says static
box. A few seconds I hear the words, web browser. My wife checked
the screen and there is no such window. When I read the title bar, I
hear, web browser. My mouse don't show this window, either. when I
go to the desktop and cycle through the task bar, the window
disappears. So, I think web browser is a phantom window. Does
anyone know how to fix this?
