Hello all, I've seen this on my netbook running AVG 8.5 free. I've been pestered about the 9.0 upgrade but haven't done it. This tells me that the upgrade is likely not the problem. I still wonder if it has to do with the latest MS update for XP as that is what my netbook is running.
BTW we haven't seen this yet on our laptop running Vista home premium 32-bit with AVG free 8.5. I also haven't seen it at work on an HP desk top running Windows XP Pro 32-bit with office 2007 with, I believe, Semantec for antivirus. This latter machine runs on a network.
