Have you ever asked GW Micro what would happen if something happened
with your computer?

If something happens with it in shipmant it's up to the carrier.

I have sent 3 different machines to GW Micro over the years to have them
find and fix bugs in window-eyes. never has there been an issue and
they have returned my machines promptly and with the issues resolved.
