It would be helpful if we were able to duplicate any of these lock ups. But on up to seven different machines, varying in operating systems and hardware, we're not experiencing any kind of lock ups. So you need to do some investigation, including the following:

* Make sure all Microsoft updates have been installed
* Make sure all running software is at the latest version
* Turn off scripting
* Try switching synthesizers
* Disable Braille (if it's enabled)
* Go through MSCONFIG, and disable every application from starting automatically, even Window-Eyes * Ensure that you have the appropriate amount of disk space for virtual memory
* Try defragging your drives
* Unplug any unused USB peripherals

See if doing any of those things makes any difference.

Okay I don't know about anyone else but I am getting really sick of these lock ups that window-eyes is performing. What is going on. I am trying to get ready to go into finals and I can't even download a study guide without window-eyes locking up. I am not liking this new window-eyes 7.11. I hope GW-Micro is doing something about this because I need to get things done quickly. It is already hard for us to do something that a person with cite can and we do not need it to be harder because our technology that is suppose to help is making it worse. Come on GW-Micro don't slack on us now.
