Well, that's two lists where we have seen this kind of behavior from Mark. He has said similar things on the VIPHONE list. i have only seen this kind of behavior on blind computer lists. I work with sighted folks who, many of whom are not computer savvy, and have issues from time to time. I have never witnessed a coworker tellling them to go read the manual. If it was really that easy, we wouldn't need lists, support forums, telephone customer support, etc.
