OK, to reply to a message, use your arrow keys to locate the message in your
inbox, just like you're doing now when checking your mail. Once on the
message, you can do one of two things. Either open the message, by pressing
the enter key, then press ctrl+R to reply, or, if you do not want to press
enter and open up the e-mail first, you can eleminate a step altogether,
just by sitting on the e-mail in your message list, then hit ctrl+R.

You know, that, I am not totally sure how to do in W E. If you were a jaws
user I could tell you, but I don't find myself using that feature t3erribly
often, so, someone else will have to answer that one, I apologise.

OK, to forward, it's the same thing, only difference is, instead of hitting
ctrl+R to reply, you're gonna hit ctrl+F.
deletes text in email,
This is very subjective, as there are so many different methods to do it. I
think your best bet is going to be use your arrow keys to move up, down,
left and right until you find the letter you wish to delete. Once done, and
you hear W E say the letter to be deleted, press the delete key. Are you on
a laptop, Peter, or a desktop. I ask this, as that will impact where your
delete key is located on your keyboard. If you're on a desktop, then locate
your arrow keys. now, slide your hand directly up above those keys. You
should feel two rows of keys, 3 keys per row. The key on the far bottom
left of those six keys is your delete key. Often times, you may hear people
refer to those keys as your 6pack. the reason is on the top row are 3 keys
and on the bottom are 3, hence, 6 keys altogether.
Insert, home, page up
then on the next row down:
delete, end, page down.
If you're on a laptop, then you're gonna have to probably have someone show
you. The key will have d e l printed on it. So, getting back to how to do
this:
Once you are on the letter by using your arrow keys, press the delete key.
The character will be deleted, and w e will read the next carrow immediately
to the right of the one you deleted.
For example: Let's say you meant to type the word horse, h o r, s e. You
made a booboo however, and typed h i! instead of o! r s e.
OK, so down arrow to the line where you typed hirse.
Now make sure you are on the word... well... in this case... hirse...
right arrow and you'll hear h, again? i. oops? that should be an o. OK,
hit your delete key. w e will say: r.
The reason is because the letter i was deleted. now your cursor is sitting
on the letter r. so now it should read: h r! s e. ok, you're on the
letter r. type an o.
There you go. Now, it should read horse: h o r s e.
The other thing about deleting is hitting your backspace key. Generally
that is two keys above the enter key. So you're typing along, you type h,
i, oops? we needed h o. OK, just hit the backspace key one time. You'll
hear the letter you just erased, which in this case, is I. ok, now keep
going. o r s e. So on, so forth.
no, not sure about how to access "my computer".
Can you go right from say the desk top or hitting the Windows key?
OK, again, this is going to depend on basically 3 factors. Are you using
Windows XP, or are you on Windows vista/Windows 7.
If you are on xp/vista, do you know if the classic start menu is enabled.
Probably not, and if you don't it's ok.
Do this for me.
press your windows key, and hold it down as if it were the shift key, like
you're gonna capitalize a letter. Whilst holding it down, hit the letter m.
Now you should be at your desktop. Press the letter m until you hear my
computer, then press enter to open it. If you keep hitting m, and
eventually start hearing the same thing, but no my computer, then try
hitting the letter c and see if you eventually hear something just called
Computer, not? my! computer. If this doesn't work either, then your final
option is, press the windows key to reach the start menu. now down arrow
until you hear either computer, or My! computer. Then press enter.

can then tell you how to go about getting to the documentation.
