I had this same problem. I couldn't find Eloquence anywhere (this was
several months ago). I was advised to uninstall Window-Eyes and install
again.
Then, the Eloquence (Window-Eyes version) appeared.
Of course, that would be the CD version (not the patch). You could then
install the patch.
