Hi Don,

To add a sender to the address book, do the following:

1. With the message open, move to the from field by pressing Alt-1 twice.

2. Place the cursor on the address by pressing Left Arrow.

3. Press the Context Menu key. Here you will find a lot of options. One
of them is Add Sender to Contacts. This is a dialog. The accelerator key is
the letter N.

4. Press the letter N. Now you are in the dialog where you can add a
sender's information. The email address will be filled in, and Outlook will
fill in what it thinks the name should be based on what is in the From
field. For example, your name was entered as Don.s.

Hope this helps.
