The method you described for adding information to the Address book doesn't put information into Outlook's Contacts folder. It adds the email address to something more like a replied to list. Think of it like the directory versus the call history in a cell phone. I don't know how many addresses this list will hold, so I tend to add any email address I intend to write to on a regular basis to the Contacts folder. Suzy! The Blind Avenger! After that, the next time she needs to communicate, type the first letter of the desired email address in the "TO" field, and down-arrow until the desired address pops up, then hit enter to accept, then tab to the next field desired, etc. Always worked for me.
