hi, all window-eyes scripts can be had from script central.
www.gwmicro.com/sc
a really good script to start out with is the install packages script. it will alloww quick and easy access to scripts. also for ed's numbers problem there is a script called numbers on that will do what he wants. no matter what device is being used. thanks for the tip about elaquence I will keep it in mind if I ever run in to the problem. I don't use it much so it is no big deal to me.

Subject: Question and Comments

Hey all. Well, this subject is what it is. I have a question and a few comments. First off, you said that there is a script for Skype 4.1. Where would I get that and would it work with WE 7.01? And now for my comments. First off about that guy wanting a script for numbers, in 7.01 they added an option to let your synthesizer decide how to speak numbers. Just go into your Window-Eyes control panel with ctrl+backslash, alt+s for screen, and N for numbers. There you can choose from off, on, or synthesizer. Hope that helps. Oh, and if you're using Sapi 5 voices, if the numbers option is set to synthesizer, it will read dates and phone numbers properly. Also note that you can't access this option if your menu level is set to beginner. It only shows up if you use intermediate or advanced menu level. As for Eloquence voices not being listed when you select the Eloquence option, I've ran into that problem, but have figured out how to solve it. When you go into the Eloquence option, don't worry. I've figured out that if you don't see any installed engines, all you have to do is press enter. A dialog should pop up. Unfortunately it doesn't read it, but whatever, press enter anyway. Then, reboot Window-Eyes. Now you should have all Eloquence engines. Also, you'll only run into that problem if you have the Sapi version of Eloquence installed. So there you go! Hope with everything I said helped you all.
