The product key is the same for either 32 or 64 bit. So no, you will
only have one legal installtion.

I'm considering putting 64-bit Windows on this 4GB RAM machine.
At present, 32-bit Windows "sees" 4GB, but only lets me utilize 2.96GB of
RAM.
But will the product key care or be an issue?
