"The product key has nothing to do with whether or not the version of
Windows you install is 32-bit or 64-bit. It will, however, determine which
edition of Windows you end up running, such as Home Premium,
Professional, Ultimate, etc. The installation media itself has either 32-bit
or 64-bit code, so you will need to have a 64-bit installation
DVD if you want 64-bit Windows 7.
Dont think so. The dvd I got includes both 32 and 64 bit.
