Not all of the Windows 7 installation cds has both 32 and 64 bit versions. I thought so until I ran int one just recently that was only the 32 bit version. This may have to do with the fact that it was an OEM version that came with a computer that was a 32 bit system.

   Dont think so.  The dvd I got includes both 32 and 64 bit.
