Hi,
First, I imagine you're feeling really frustrated. I too went through
several system crashes and reboots before W E installed. I noticed you
said you have JAWS. Is it installed? If it is, uninstall it before
installing W E. On my 64-bit system, the W E install would complete
and I was asked to reboot. Then Windows would crash and reboot, and
then reboot a few more times. I let it do its thing and when I looked
at my system's event log, Windows 7 had run a driver repair and did a
system restore, effectively removing W E and it's mirror driver. Turns
out there was a conflict with JAWS and W E's mirror driver.
Uninstalling JAWS then installing W E should work. Good luck.
