Even with WE 7.11 there are some issues with certain edit boxes. I find that many larger edit boxes where one can provide comments, WE will often not read the text unless going into browse mode first. Then you need to get out of browse mode to continue typing. Using the arrow keys while filling in the form will generate a beep or even trying to backspace over a misspelled word, all the feedback one gets is a beep; although a it is a beep with a low tone. I thought it might be a web site issue however other text to speech programmes do OK. Even forcing the screen to be maximized doesn't get around this issue on those types of sites. The only time I have achieved some measure of success is when calling up the task manager (control+shift+escape) highlighting the IE window under the applications tab, then pressing the tab key until I land on the switch to button. Then the application behaves better with WE. This is rare, so do knot expect it to work every time. Vic
