Now with 2000, or XP, and W-E7.2Beta, I get this sometimes on blogs, particularly Google Blogger blogs, when writing a post or commenting, exactly as described below. I haven't mentioned it previously because its occurrence is unpredictable. It is less likely though if I comment when signed into my Blogger account, if this makes any difference to the interface. I say "less likely" though because obviously I'm signed in if it happens when I'm writing a post.
