Just for information purposes, I'm using xp pro sp3, and IE8.
This also occurs when say I'm in amazon and searching in their edit box.FYI everyone, I've been getting into the habit of typing my facebook responses in a wordpad, then pasting it in fb. Works for me, because I'm not a heavy fb user.

I haven't mentioned it previously because its occurrence is unpredictable. It is less likely though if I comment when signed into my Blogger account, if this makes any difference to the interface. I say "less likely" though because obviously I'm signed in if it happens when I'm writing a post. Reg In message <[email protected]>, Melissa Smith <[email protected]> writes
I noticed this with 7.11 and 7.2, but I didn't report it, because I only noticedin a very specific situation. That is on Facebook, using IE 8 on a Vista machine. I don't have a problem on my XP machine, which is what I use almost all the time. My XP machine has IE 8 and Firefox 3.5.9. I have not come across this on any other site while using the Vista machine either. I assumed that it was something about facebook. It is extremely frustrating, especially because you can't use the arrow keys to proof. They simply don't read anything. Hopefully, somebody at GW can replicate it and figure out what is going on. I feel certain I have typed correctly, then when I review, a letter here or there is nonexistent. Is it a similar issue when, for example, I'm in facebook, and everything seems to go really sluggish as I type a status or post? Sometimes, I need to put browse mode on to review, before posting. There?s quite a delay. Plus, backspace doesn?t speak the letters I?m erasing. There are definitely issues with the 7.2 Beta. From: Traci [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, April 18, 2010 6:48 PM To: gwInfo Subject: 7.11 and typing in edit boxesHello all,Has this been discussed?I'm confused, are there issues with we 7.11 and typing in edit boxes? As far as searching in google or posting in facebook?
