hi, people were not telling you to go in to the window-eyes control panel. people were telling you to go in to the windows control panel. to find the windows control panel press your start button and arrow down to control panel and press enter. now you should be able to find it. hth

I have tried several times with the same results. I have had several suggestions from the GW-info list, but nothing works except to go into the sys tray in order to set the time. I have tried this and it works. However, what is the best way to get the computer setting back the way it was so I can just use the letter D as before?
