Actually, depending on how his start menu is configured, he may have to go to settings, and then the control panel to find it. It is most definitely not in the Window-Eyes control panel.

*Subject:* When in W E control panel, pressing D does not bring up the date and time

Hi GW staff,
I have noticed that when I go into the W E control panel and press the letter D to bring up time amd date, pressing D just gives me the letter and nothing else.
I have tried several times with the same results.
I have had several suggestions from the GW-info list, but nothing works except to go into the sys tray in order to set the time. I have tried this and it works. However, what is the best way to get the computer setting back the way it was so I can just use the letter D as before?
I use Windows XP Professional and Window-Eyes 7.11.
Thank you.
Dave
