Olusegun, We closed our company in 2007 so I no longer have the need but I'm glad to hear there is something out there that can work reasonably well. Regarding payroll, the ADP product I was using was web based and a piece of cake to use once you got used to it. WindowEyes did extremely well with it. Any reports you might need were right there for download in very accessible PDF files.

Peachtree is now part of the Sage family of products but I believe you can get a demo copy from: www.peachtree.com Window-Eyes works reasonably OK with the 2008 version I have although I do need to upgrade it like yesterday. Also, take a good look at Cash Manager from Accomplish Global based in New Zealand. A U.S. version of this software has just recently been launched. Visit: www.us.accomplishglobal.com to obtain a demo copy. I haven't done much with it, but got an announcement about it. I do plan to give it a spin sometime soon though. It is tough to find BUSINESS APPLICATION software out there that's accessible and, I am NOT CERTAIN that screen reader developers really pay attention to this especially since the number of persons needing them are too few as they always say. Like you Rick, I had to FIRM OUT payroll to Paychex; I'd rather do it inhouse to keep the cost down a bit, but I understand that the TAX AND OTHER RULES change a lot. Where I live, we have OCCUPATIONAL PRIVILEGE TAX paid monthly by companies and individuals. I am investigating other payroll services like CompuPay, Inc. and Paychecks, Inc. These allow you to PLUG-IN the numbers online and they'll take care of everything else thereafter. They are a beat cheaper too.
