I have a Dell notebook, and with it, you can set the touchpad to automatically disable itself if it detects another pointing device; luckily, it appears windoweyes counts as another pointing device, so when WE is running, the touchpad won't work with this setting enabled. hopefully you'll be able to find it on your netbook.
