Pat, I'm not meaning to be rude, but I really don't see what you find to be
such a big deal with xp. I mean you almost seem to come across to me as if you
think it's the worst thing sense rats on lasagna.

I'm probably mis-undersrtanding though, and I'd be opened to hear your
reasonings. AGain, I don't at all mean to be rude, I just don't understand
your reasons. W7 is wonderful, as long as you don't get starter, but, what's
really all that wrong with xp. That is what I have on my inspiron, and on my
desktop machine, and I have absolutely no ententions of upgrading either,
although both would support it if I really did want to.

Chris.
If it ain't broken, don't fix it!

Chris.

Chris.

Don't get a netbook with Windows XP or Windows Seven Starter.

Get a small notebook. You can find them.

Get it with Windows Seven Home Premium.

Be sure you get a notebook that is Integrated, and that it can be upgraded.

My little Loving Acer netbook was great, and the sound wasn't too bad, though
I'm glad I sold it. <smile>

  Thanks.
