Hey Guys, I just finished off paying my LTO and I apparently need to uninstall
WE and then reinstall it to remove the copy protection. I'm using Vista Home
Premium. Unfortunately, strange as it seems, Window Eyes is NOT in the list of
programs that I can remove in my Control Panel. Everything else I know of is in
there, but not Window Eyes. Also, there doesn't seem to be an Uninstall option
in the Window Eyes menu in the Start Menu. So can anyone tell me how to
uninstall the program? I recall hearing at some point a while ago something
about an emergency removal tool, but I have no idea how to find it. Do I have
to use this tool to remove WE? Besides, I need the computer to talk to me while
I'm uninstalling WE so I know whether it worked or whether there's a problem.
Can anyone help? Will I have to get someone sighted to help me do this?

Also, you can consider this a rhetorical question if you like, but couldn't
there be a simpler way of turning the LTO version of Window Eyes into a full
copy other than having to back up settings, uninstall the program, then
reinstall it from scratch and restore all my settings? Just wondering. It seems
hard to believe that the process couldn't be made a bit easier than that.

Thanks for any help with this. I'm really grateful to GW Micro for setting up
the LTO plan in the first place. They don't have to do that. Right now, though,
I'm feeling a bit intimidated at how to turn my leased copy into a full
permanent copy. Thanks much for any guidance on this.

Evan
