Hi there.
Yes, you are right about how they do have an emergency removal tool.
What you will need to do, is start nerator, but I don't know the hotkey.
Next, insert your window eyes c d.
After you do this, and you hear dougs voice, press a.
Then press e for emergency removal.
Follow the prompts, and you should be good to go.
