As far as I know, the 7.11 CD contains the 32bit version and the 64bit
version. So, he should be fine with his CD. At least my 7.11 CD can be
installed on 32 and 64bit systems.

You need to call GWMicro and pay $20 for a CD with the 64 bit version of 
Window-Eyes. I'm sorry for stating the obvious, but you didn't tell us 
if you are trying to install the 32 or 64 bit version.
