I have the same problem with the Shop Safe feature on the Bank Of America website. I sent a screen shot of the window to Aaron and he sent back a reply but his suggestion didn't work. I will put his response below. If you figure out a way to access this type of popup please let me know.
Tom. ** Beginning Of Message From Aaron ** The reason it's not reading right is because there's a dynamic pop up window that's covering the text and controls you want to access. If you turn off browse mode, and do a mouse find for OK, you should be able to left click on that, and get the pop up to disappear. Things might start reading better then. Also, make sure that your window is maximized with alt-space, followed by X. ** End Of Message From Aaron ** ** Message Separater ** >Hi, > > I'm using WE 7.2 with XP and Firefox. I was trying to >download podcasts from a website, and couldn't find a way to >do it without sighted help. My son said a popup window >appears over the text of the webpage, which says, "Download >Now", but Window-Eyes didn't seem to see it. I did a Find and >located the text, but had no way to activate it. The numpad >Ins with Plus did not move the mouse to the "Download Now" >phrase, either.
