Hi: Here is a simpler way to get rid of those numbers in the document in which you are working. First, when you get to a line where there is a number, press Enter. You will have a blank line, but press the Up Arrow key and then you will be back to that line and then you can start typing. You only have to do this once in the list you are making out because I think it remembers that you don't want the numbers.
