I normally log in as administrator then perform all these tasks.  Win7
only grants a full administrator token to the administrator account.

I have the same problems in win7. How do you folks manage then to delete
your temp en temporary intrnet files? I know you can do that in the ie
but then there are always .gif files and others that remain in the
folder! Where do you delete these files in win7? Access is denied for
the folder temporary internet files.
