Mine sure didn't.

I had to reinstall it. I had to go in to the advanced options and tell it to erase it.

Hi,
You will need to completely uninstall windows 7 and reformat the hard
drive so you will have a clean install.
If you just upgraded from xp to windows 7 with out a clean install, but
just installed windows 7 over the top of xp, that could be the reason
for a lot of problems.
If you have only had windows 7 for a couple of weeks, give yourself a
little time. I would get the talking book Windows 7 For Seniors And
Dummies.
It really gives you the ins and outs of windows 7, including key strokes.

I am sorry you are having problems, and I sure hope you get them solved.
