I am using Window-Eyes 7.2 on a network at work. Our network, I would
say, is a poor one, and is overloaded.

Sometimes, many of our computers with speech users get so slow that we
can't even type for a time.

I am in a position to suggest changes to our network which could help
speech users specifically, and the whole organization in general.

Besides spending a lot of money, could somebody send along some
suggestions which the Boss and I can understand, and the boss can
instruct the IT folks to put in place!

Thanks for any and all suggestions.
