What do you say now GW and Aaron?

I say that I've been neck deep in working with a number of other applications and scripting projects, and this particular application has not been high on my priority list. I'm sure they're using a rich edit control that's causing us OSM problems, which means either we need better rich edit support (which is coming in a future version, although I don't know when), or they need to use a different rich edit control that we already work with (i.e. Wordpad's document area, for example). Neither of those two things are going to happen any time in the immediate future, so if you need a solution, I would do as Gil recommended and try something different.
