After I was told about them I have found that they are what I was looking for, so thank you for this information.

Have you tried the bookmark feature which is built into Word? I haven't,
but it might do enough for you.

Hi, I want to know if there is a way to open a document on the last page
you were viewing. I have this 24 page document and it is hard for me to
keep on finding where I left off. If it is not out there already, can
somebody right a script to make this happen. It should be either where the
document opens to the last page you were viewing or that window-eyes
allows you to put a place marker like it does in internet explorer. thank
you for reading this! PS, If there is a script that allows you to do this
can you please let me know which one and I can download it.
