ok, that did not work either what else can i try to fix this?
like i said  system access and nvda work fine witht he desktop and the 
windows explorer
i noticed this after i came back from leaving the computer for a while and 
then i went into the my documents and was going to do some work there window 
eyes would not read that and then i found the desktop did not read.
i already checked pixal size and the like as well, to make sure it was not 
any of them.

the advanced menu. i always leave it in this mode. then you'll see all the
options you have been missing.
