Net bat i want the items to read in the explorer windows and to read the desktop like it did before. meanning e.g when i enter my documents and navagate to lets say my music i want it to say my music. e.g and also when i navagate the desktop i want to hear the items on my desktop! are we still talking about disableing the speaking of the tool tips? check it again. the explorer.000 set file is loaded twice. one for the desktop and one for the shut down menu next to the sys trayy. there should be one loaded for the desktop and one for the shut down menu. with me when i go to the shut down menu without opening it then open the w e control panel it was saying wineyes.000 set file was loaded and none was associated. until i associated the second copy to the shut down menu. if you make changes to one it does not update the other. even if both say they are useing the explorer set file. and sometimes when you go to the desktop the wrong one would be loaded. the only way i could tell it was the wrong one is when i associated a set file to the shut down menu i gave it another extention. explorer.001 then i know when the wrong one is running on the desktop. i know. its a mess but i got it working this way. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sunshine" <[email protected]> To: "GWMicro List" <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, October 22, 2010 11:30 PM Subject: Re: Problem With Windows Explorer > ok, that did not work either what else can i try to fix this?
