Both OCR packages you mentioned are self voiced, so they don't actually need a screen reader, but they will also work fine with Window-Eyes. However, I would recommend that you don't pay the inflated price of either of those programs, but rather buy something like Abbyy Finereader which works very well with Window-Eyes and costs a fraction of the price of either of the other two While in my opinion its OCR quality is also superior. I use Abbyy Finereader myself and am very happy with it.
