I've got K1000, which has its own voice. When I run that, Window Eyes goes to sleep. I can even switch between the K1000 window and other programs I have running such as Windows Mail or Winamp, and Window Eyes will speak those programs, but then go silent when I go back to the K1000 window. It works great.
