Yes they do give more support. I go back to my original  comment, that I
recognize there will be a trade off. This would not be for use on my PC,
portable, but only for those times when I am at a public PC, like those
in public libraries or hotel business centres, and I just require some
basic access. Hey I will even be blunt and say nothing more than what SA
To Go provides.

true but think of it this way video drivers provide access to such
things as 
speak windows mouse search mouse reading and other things.  so video
driver 
support is one of the things that makes window-eyes as robust as it is.
so 
we need those drivers.
