Andrea,

When you click on download, you may hear a soft sound. The
Information-bar. In
You can get there by pressing alt-n, information bar or notification bar.
The save  and run buttons are located there. This is now the standard.
You can assign a other sound to this event. Search at the
startmenu-editbox for
change system sounds
and tab to the list and type: 
not to go to the right option.
