Also using Outlook 2010, I cannot find the attachments. I can tab to attachments, but, the attachment is not spoken. I've tried looking with the cursor and the mouse pointer number pad arrows), but WE does not speak the attachment. A sighted person says the attachment does exist and they can click on it with the physical mouse. I am using Win 7, 64 bit and Office 2010 Professional.

If a text e-mail then immediately after pressing the <enter> button to read the e-mail then one can arrow down the message to read it.
