I can't reproduce this, using 7.5beta, Win7 64bit, Office 2010. It works well for me.

When using Outlook 2010 and reading mails it seems like the behaviour varies depending on the type of e-mail format being read. If a text e-mail then immediately after pressing the <enter> button to read the e-mail then one can arrow down the message to read it. If a simple html format e-mail then after the <enter> nothing can be read using the arrow keys. An <alt><tab> Out and back in then the e-mail can be read.
