Hi! I use Windoweyes 7.2 on a Lenovo Netbook with 1gb of ram. It is working brilliant and without any problems. These Netbooks mostly work faster with Win 7 than with xp, there are lots of reviews out there talking about that. Have a look at amazon.
Regarding the speed of these netbooks: They are sometimes a bit slow when it comes to cpu intensiv prozesses.
