If one has TWO SMA counts left and chooses to SKIP a particular upgrade, can
the SMA count for the skipped upgrade be redeemed for the next major
upgrade?
Here is some clarification: Suppose a customer DOES NOT want the 7.5
upgrade, can the SMA count for 7.5 be applied towards the next release for
Window-Eyes?
