And I have a question. Have you ever seen a program you can pick and choose
which upgrades you want to pay for and those you don't? You may be able to
skip an upgrade. But if you do you'll pay for it if you want the next one.

I had the same question. Most of the problems I reported have not been
addressed with 7.5, and thus a wasted SMA count.
Yeh, the user interface is a great improvement for newbies, but of little
consequence for us old timers. UIA will be of great benefit when apps come
out that support it.
Let's hope that 8.0 fixes more of the intrinsic problems with Windows 7.

Because each upgrade has lots of improvements with various stability
enhancements and added features, it is not possible to skip an upgrade.

Hi GW Micro:
If one has TWO SMA counts left and chooses to SKIP a particular upgrade,
can the SMA count for the skipped upgrade be redeemed for the next major
upgrade?
Here is some clarification: Suppose a customer DOES NOT want the 7.5
upgrade, can the SMA count for 7.5 be applied towards the next release for
Window-Eyes?
I hope my questions made some sense, thanks!!
Sincerely,
Olusegun
