Hi, I'm trying to help someone with the remote assistance.
She asks for help types in the password, I offer to help, gives me the password but she doesn't see the message for her to allow for me to access after I offer for help and type in the password she gives me. I checked the firewall by turning it off the UAC is turned off. What is the issue? We tried disconnecting and reconnecting numerous times. Any help would be appreciated.
