Mike,
It sounds like you have format alert enabled. While Word is open, press
Control-Alt-Shift-F to turn it off. Next, open Window-Eyes, and save the
setting change.

Steve

Hello List
Can anyone tell me how to prevent WE from speaking too much in Word
2007. When reading study documents, We is reading column headings,
additional spaces, and things like space after six points or space
before six points.
I would like to be able to read just the text but be able to access all
the additional information when I request it.
With thanks
Mike.
