Hello Mike,

Your issues may stem from outdated Office set files. To check if this is the case and correct it,

1. Press Control-Backslash to open Window-Eyes.
2. Press Alt-F, F to open the Factory Settings dialog.
3. Press O until you reach Office 2007.
4. Press Enter to install the set files or revert them to the factory defaults. If you are asked to overwrite help text, dictionaries, etc, choose Yes for the first prompt and Replace for the remaining dialogs.
5. Once focus returns to Factory Settings, press Escape to close it.
6. Restart Word.

Does this make a difference?

Steve

Hello Steve

My apologies, I should have told you that from the start.

On this machine, I am using Office 2007 with WE 7.5. I have XP Pro Sp3 OS.

Mike.
