Hi, For about 10 years I put together my own computers. I use to buy a “bare-bones” system (case, power supply, mother board, processor, and ram). Then I would install the drives, and other cards or such). The last I put together was an XP machine about 4 years ago. WE worked great. At this time I also had a Compaq laptop, WE worked very well on it also but, did have a few issues, "nothing major. I ‘ve seen some issues with both WE and Jaws on several different “store bought” <grin> machines and the issues with all the adaptive software varied from computer to computer as well as from one manufacture to the next. When I first got this Del some of their little Del programs gave WE fits and, of course add in the fact that the last OS that I was really fimiliar with was XP pro (I kinda skipped Vista, LUCKY ME”).I haven’t put together a win 7 machine but, I would like to and just see if the difference will be worth it.... Just a thought!!! T C If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
